Fans now know how large Mortal Kombat 1’s base roster of characters will be when the game launches next month. Over the past year, NetherRealm has shed light on its upcoming fighting reboot by sharing plot details about Liu Kang’s revamped timeline and giving players a look at how the new MK 1 Kameo supporting fighters will work during combat. Fans have already gotten the chance to try out Mortal Kombat 1 ahead of the game’s release during a stress test back in June, and a larger beta is planned for later this month.
