The developer of Honkai: Star Rail has just unveiled when the eagerly awaited 1.3 version of the game will be out and revealed that it will feature three new characters. Honkai: Star Rail is the followup to Honkai Impact 3rd, and it’s a turn-based RPG from the creator of the famous Genshin Impact.
