The creators behind the famous Fallout 4 mod Fallout: London have recently delayed it due to the release date of Starfield. Competing with Bethesda’s new huge open-world RPG wouldn't do the mod any good, as it caters to a similar player base, and Starfield is one of the most eagerly anticipated games of 2023.
